What is UV offset printing?

Ultraviolet (UV) printing technology is a lead trend in the printing industry. It is suitable for printing on both plastic and paper material.

The main difference between this method and the more traditional one is that ink is cured through a photomechanical process rather than evaporating solvents into the air. Because there are no solvents, UV inks can be successfully applied to both flexible and hard surfaces.

What is 3D Lenticular printing? What do I need to provide for source art?

3D lenticular print is a way to present a 3D effect on a flat surface.

The idea is to use a plastic sheet with many lined lenses so that light will be refracted in different angle for our left and right eyes.

When an image behind the lenticular sheet is designed in such a way that one image will be seen by the left eye and another image will be seen by the right eye a 3D effect will be rendered by our brain.

This part is easy! All we need you to provide Photoshop PSD digital files. If it’s a 2D motion style we need 2-6 digital files. If it’s a 3D lenticular style, we only need one image. All files resolution should be 300 dpi at actual size.

What's the different of the PVC, PET and PP material? and how to distinguish?

• PVC Material not environmental protection material, slant blue colour, have apparent water ripple when burning has smoke and odours, but its processing technology is very mature when made viscose water is very transparent, suitable for domestic packaging, but not suitable for food packing.

• PET Material is environmental protection material, its diaphaneity is very good, no water ripple, when burning have micro smoke and a small amount of odour when made viscose water effect is not very transparent as PVC. And it is very easy to leave scratches, mainly used for packing has a high demand for environmental protection.

• PP Material is environmental protection material, because a small proportion, so the price is low, but the transparency inferior to PVC and PET, having a hazy effect, can adopt viscose water, hot sealing, and ultrasonic bonding technology, mainly used in stationery.
